Climate change is the abnormal variation in temperature/rainfall of the region over a long period of time and it is one of the biggest threats of the modern age. Many scientific evidence shows that warming of the climate system is undeniable. This is caused either by outside forces or by processes inside the earth mainly due to the human activity, which has tremendously increased over the years. The constant climate monitoring provides a greater insight to the decision maker around the world to evaluate the impact and prepare them to combat it. Also, this helps individual countries to learn from each other about effective approaches in reducing the climate vulnerability in near future.
